Laurie earned a Master's Degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation. She has over 30 years experience and recently became a Senior Fitness Consultant.  She is a published writer and wrote an opinion column for 'The Independent” and “View On” publications. . 'She has written numerous articles and blogs on health and fitness. Laurie has been a vegan for 30 years and loves sharing delicious whole food plant based recipes with family and friends.
